1. What printing method do you use?
All of our designs are printed using DTF (Direct to Film) for vibrant colors, sharp detail, and a soft feel on every shirt.

2. How long does it take to process my order?
Processing usually takes 2–4 business days. This includes printing, quality checks, and preparing your order for shipment.

3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and carrier.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery in real time.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we plan to expand internationally in the future.

6. What sizes are available?
We offer sizes S through 5XL. Check our Size Chart on each product page to find your perfect fit.

7. Can I customize a shirt?
At the moment, we only print the designs available on the website. Custom orders may be offered in the future.

8. What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the personalized nature of DTF printing, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days if there’s an issue.

9. How should I care for my shirt?

• Machine wash cold, inside out.

• Tumble dry low or hang dry.

• Avoid ironing directly on the printed design.
